Jeremy Hubbard Obituary

Jeremy T. Hubbard, 49, of Jordan, New York, passed away on January 20, 2024, in a tragic accident in the village of Clayton. He leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and cherished memories. 

Born in Watertown, New York, he was the beloved son of Greg and his former wife, Deborah Conroy. Jeremy graduated from Marcellus High School in 1992 and then pursued his education at SUNY Cobleskill and finally SUNY Polytech Institute, earning his bachelor's degree in 1996.

He dedicated years to a successful career, initially as a senior vice president at Bank of America and later as an IT infrastructural service manager at Carrier Corporation, Syracuse, New York. 

Jeremy was a devoted husband to Isa, his loving wife. Married on March 25th, 2006, they built a life filled with happiness, shared dreams, and unwavering commitment. One of the best days of their lives was the birth of their beloved triplets. Jeremy was known for his deep love and affection for his family. His role as a father was paramount to him.  

Beyond his family, Jeremy found joy in his passions. An enthusiast of hunting and powersports, he reveled in the thrill of adventure and the freedom of the open road or trail. Family vacations were a cherished time for him, creating lasting memories that will be treasured by all who shared those moments with him, especially Isa and the kids. 

Jeremy will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, caring son, and cherished brother. His impact on the lives of those around him is immeasurable, and his memory will be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew him.  

He is survived by his wife, Isa, and their triplets: Chloe, Sophia, and Triston. Jeremy is also mourned by his parents, Greg and Rose Hubbard, his siblings: Jason (Jessica) Hubbard and their children, Brady, Ethan, and Adalyn; James Hoag; Aaron (Angela) Barbaro and their children Joe, Christopher, Matthew, and Amanda; Jessica (Christopher) Danes and their children George and Charlotte; and brother-in-law Andrew (Heidi) Pelczar and their children Michael and Jack. 

He is predeceased by his mother Deborah in 2015. 

A private funeral for family will take place at noon on Tuesday, January 30,2024 at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter
