Dale E. Schultz, 55 of County Rte 55, Dexter passed away at the home of his mother on Tuesday afternoon. He was under the care of his family and Hospice of Jefferson County. Dale was born October 3, 1961 the son of Howard and Lois Porter Schultz. He graduated from General Brown High School. Dale work in maintenance at P&C Food Store and later worked at Cracker Barrel for several years. He retired due to ill health. Dale was a member of the Dexter Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his mother Lois, two brothers: James and Kathleen Schultz of Honesdale, PA., Bruce and Amy Schultz of Dexter, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Howard. Funeral services will be Friday December 23rd at 2:00 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with Rev. Gail Parsons retired pastor of the Dexter Presbyterian Church officiating. Calling hours will be from 1:00-2:00 prior to the funeral. Burial will be in the spring at Perch River Cemetery. Donations may be made to Dexter Presbyterian Church 118 W.
