Sharon L. Nagy, 72 of Miller Road, LaFargeville, passed away Monday morning at her home after battling cancer. Sharon was born October 19, 1947 in Carthage, the daughter of Milton and Lorna Pike Gould. She graduated with a masters' degree from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She was self-employed as a Learning Strategist, teaching those with learning disabilities. Sharon married Stephen Nagy on April 18, 1970 in Allentown, PA. The couple moved to their present home from Pennsylvania in 2007. She was a member of the Airport Christian Fellowship Church. She is survived by her husband Stephen and daughters Theresa (Kevin) Kiefer of Clayton and Jill ( Norman) Slotter of Carlisle, PA. She has five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers Milton Gould of Palm City, FL., William Frank of Allentown, PA, sisters include Darlene Kale of Quakertown., PA, Brenda Belcak of Allentown, PA and Sherry Farrell of Emmaus, PA and several nieces and nephews. Per her request she will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Airport Christian Fellowship Churchon Saturday July 25th with the family receiving friends from 10:00 AM until the service at 11:00 AM.
