Kelley Ann Savage,60, of Three Mile Bay, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2026 at her home, surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County.

She was born on December 6, 1965, in Watertown, New York, the daughter of Claude Spencer and Corabelle “Corky” (Cobb) Mount.

Kelley graduated from Lyme Central School and attended BOCES School of Cosmetology, where she earned her cosmetology degree. She devoted her entire career to the cosmetology profession, working at several area salons, including Hairs to You in Chaumont, before fulfilling her dream of opening and operating her own salon from her home for many years.

On December 24,1989, Kelley married the love of her life, Carl J. Savage Jr. Together they built a wonderful life in Three Mile Bay, where Carl owns and operates his general contracting business.

Kelley found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved visiting the casino, crocheting, genealogy, reading, doing puzzles, ice fishing, bowling, camping, and, above all, spending time with her family. She was a longtime member of the Three Mile Bay Fire Department Auxiliary.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Carl J. Savage Jr.; her three sons, Jordan J. (Breanna) Savage, of Three Mile Bay, Jacob D. Savage, Three Mile Bay, and Jarid S. Savage, Limerick; a grandson, Jaxson Savage; two brothers and their wives, David (Olga) Mount and Timothy (Renae) Mount of Three Mile Bay, NY; two sisters and their wives, Dawn and (Alan) Cuppernell and Lori ( Ron) Walker, of Three Mile Bay; her mother in law, Sadie Savage, of Theresa; her brothers in law and their husbands, Steve (Shirley) Bogart, Hammond, Mark (Isabelle) Savage, of Theresa and Scott Savage of Theresa; three sisters in law and their husbands, Cindy (Al) Pisarski, Christy Savage Hansen and Tara (Barry) Leeson, all of Theresa; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, her beloved granddaughter, Kate, her brother, Kris Mount, her father-in-law, Carl J. Savage Sr., and a sister-in-law, Tammy Bogart Davis.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Johnson Funeral Home. In keeping with Kelley’s wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
