Joseph C. Peck Jr., 45, of Watertown, passed away unexpectedly November 21, 2019 at the home of his sister.

Born on December 11, 1973 in Gouverneur, NY, son of Joseph C. and Esther Spicer Peck Sr., he graduated from Watertown High School.   Following school he went into flooring and became a talented independent flooring installer in the local area for many years.

He was also a very talented artist, enjoyed drawing and working out, he was an avid Chicago Bears fan, and was a very hard worker and enjoyed spending time with his many friends.

Among his survivors are his twins, Sasha (Daniel) Hawkins, VA, Travis Peck, VA, his beloved granddaughter, Mary, his father, Joseph C. Peck Sr., Watertown, his mother, Esther Spicer and maternal grandmother, Jean Spicer, Marcellus, NY, two sisters, Tina Peck and Sarah Peck, and a half brother, Joshua Peck, all of Watertown, three nephews and a niece.

He is predeceased by his sister Brenda Peck.

Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home 117 N. Massey St., Watertown.

Calling hours will be held 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, at the funeral home.  Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
