Gary Lee Rowe,52, passed away on December 15,2021 in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Philippines.

He was born on October 21, 1969, in Watertown, N.Y. a son of Gary L. and Shirley (Cole) Rowe.

Gary graduated from General Brown Central School. Following School he enlisted into the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. He worked at Whites Lumber and Crowley's Milk Plant until he was injured and had to retire due to a disability.

He decided to move to the Philippines where he enjoyed the simple life.

Among his survivors are his daughter, Emily Rowe, Shortsville, N.Y., his mother Shirley Rowe, Pillar Point, and two brothers; Robert Rowe, Florida and David (Amy) Rowe, Gouverneur, N.Y.

He is predeceased by his father Gary.

Arrangements are with the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. It was his wish to be cremated. There will be no calling hours or funeral service.
