Edward S. Hirch, age 53 of Watertown passed away suddenly at the Samaritan Medical Center ER Sunday evening. Edward was born July 29, 1965 in Ridgewood, NY the son of Herbert and Ellen Cobari Hirch.  He graduated from General Brown Central School and attended JCC for Hospitality. He married Lucinda A. Burlingame on July 23, 2005 in Watertown. Edward worked for several years at Price Chopper in Watertown and recently was a cook at IHOP in Watertown.  He enjoyed traveling, watching movies and playing cards. He is survived by his wife Lucinda, his mother Ellen Hirch of Dexter and three sisters: Ellen Harrell and Scott Mitchell of Limerick, Patty and Randall Bischoff of Watertown and Julia and Mark VanSchaick of Clayton.  He also has nieces, nephews and cousins surviving. A funeral mass is tentively scheduled for Thursday 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church of Brownville.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.  Burial will be in the spring at Brownville Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made to dexterfuneralhome.com.
