Donna R. McGregor, 75, of Dexter, New York, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her family and close friends.

Donna was born on September 25, 1951, in Cortland, New York, the daughter of Donald H. and Patricia J. (Kirkby) Williams. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1969 and, following high school, attended cosmetology school.

Donna spent her entire career as a hairdresser. She began working on Franklin Street and throughout the years worked for various businesses, including JCPenney. She also worked independently and later doing the residents hair at Samaritan Keep Nursing Home and Samaritan Summit Village.

Donna married her beloved husband, Ronald McGregor, on September 23, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Elvis Presley presiding over their marriage.

Donna loved Bob Kissel and dancing. She looked forward to their annual trips to Las Vegas, where she enjoyed taking in the sights and making memories. Most of all, Donna cherished spending time with her friends and family, often enjoying those special moments together on the front porch with a good cup of coffee and a beverage of choice.

Donna is survived by her beloved husband, Ronald, as well as many dear friends and neighbors who will miss her dearly.

In keeping with Donna’s wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
