Deborah A. Boyanski, 71, of Watertown, New York, passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 9, 2026.

Born on June 27, 1954, in Watertown, New York, Deborah was the daughter of Gary and Dorothy Borland. She attended General Brown High School and devoted much of her life to caring for her family as a homemaker.

Deborah was formerly married to Michael Lee Boyanski, who passed away on October 4, 2012. Together they shared 25 years of marriage and raised three children.

Deborah found great joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially spending time at the beach soaking up the sun, making memories with her family, and cherishing every moment with her beloved grandchildren. She had a special love for her dog, Cody, and held a deep affection for angels, which brought her comfort and inspiration throughout her life.

Deborah was predeceased by her parents, Gary and Dorothy Borland; her former husband, Michael Lee Boyanski; her brother, Michael “Mike” Borland; her daughter Kimberlee Boyanski, who passed away shortly after birth. She was also predeceased by her grandchildren Patrick Jr., Desiree, Destiny, Anthony, and Aidan.

She is survived by her children, Patrick G. Boyanski of Fort Myers Florida; Crystal Boyanski and her wife, Stephanie L. Boyanski, of Watertown, New York; and Michael C. Boyanski and his wife, Kelly Boyanski, of Wilmington, North Carolina.

She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Adrianna, Ethan Michael, Colton, Raven, Brody, Noelle, and Myla.

Surviving as well are her siblings, Gary Borland and his wife, Lori, of North Carolina; Cindy Parker and her husband, Richard, of Brownville, New York; Amber Gordon of Brownville, New York; and Vicky Cote of Brownville, New York, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service. Burial will immediately follow at Brownville Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Due to ongoing construction, services will be held at its affiliate, Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, 117 North Massey Street, Watertown, New York.

Deborah will be remembered for her love of family, her gentle spirit, and the warmth she shared with those around her. Her memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.
