Craig S. Buzzell, 51, of Watertown, NY, passed away on December 31, 2023.

He was born on May 4, 1972, in Watertown, the son of Michael M. and Carol A. Buzzell. Craig graduated from Indian River High School in 1991 and pursued music at Onondaga Community College for a year.

Craig worked construction for many years and established Buzzell Builders in Watertown in 2007. On May 21, 1994, he married Tina M. Frey, who works for the Watertown Housing Authority.

Craig had a strong passion for music and was a very talented guitar player and singer.  He also enjoyed skiing,  ATV riding, and hunting.   His biggest passion in life however, was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Tina M. Buzzell, of Watertown, NY; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jesse R. and Daryn N. Buzzell of Watertown, NY, and Gage S. Buzzell and his companion, Alivia Morrell, of Buffalo, NY; a granddaughter, Lola Faye Buzzell; his parents, Michael M. and Carol A. Buzzell, of Theresa, NY, and four siblings, Korey M. Buzzell of Rochester, NY, Danial R. (Christine) Buzzell of Watertown, NY; Kristy L. and Claude A. Wilson, Jr., of Watertown, NY, Mark A. Buzzell of Carthage, NY; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 5th, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home in Dexter, NY.

A memorial service will take place at Noon on Saturday, January 6th at Three Mile Bay Baptist Church, 8701 Church St Three Mile Bay, NY 13693.

Burial will take place at the historic family cemetery in the Town of Pamelia at the convenience of the family.
