Charlotte A. Raymond, 76 of County Rte 62, Watertown passed away March 27, 2019 at the Hospice at Ellis Farm, Watertown. Charlotte was born February 25, 1943 in Mayfield, Kentucky the daughter of Schuyler and Racine Alexander Colwell.  She graduated from Sackets Harbor High School. She worked as a housekeeper until she married William F. Raymond on July 2, 1966 at the United Presbyterian Church in Sackets Harbor. After her marriage she helped her husband with wood crafting and small gas engine repairs and volunteered for Meals on Wheels.  William passed away May 22, 2010. She is survived by three sisters: Sandra R. Colwell and Nancy J. Colwell of Sulphur Springs and Beverly J. Wright of Clearwater, Florida. Sister-in-law Muriel Bickom of Brewerton and brother-in-law Lyle Raymond of Groton also survives also has nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday April 5th at the United Presbyterian Church in Sackets Harbor at 10:30 am with Rev. Leon "Toby" Schilling officiating.  Burial will be in Sulphur Springs Cemetery in the spring.  Calling hours will be Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.  Donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or Meals on Wheels.
