Charles "Chuck" Willard Palmatier, 52, of Chaumont, NY, passed away on the morning of August 27, 2016 in Elmira, New York. Chuck was born to Virginia and Charles Palmatier on October 10, 1963 in Gouverneur, New York. He was the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn in Horseheads, New York, and was an active Board member for the Disabled Persons Action Organization (DPAO) of Watertown, New York. He is survived by his wife, Jo-Anne; mother, Virginia; sisters Lori (Merritt) Reynolds and Paige (Efton) McCrea; younger brother Jason (Andrea) Palmatier; three step-children: Kristin (Joshua) Tefft, Michael O'Hara and Michelle O'Hara and one grandson, Nathan Tefft along with nieces and nephews. He is predeceased in death by his father Charles Palmatier. Per the deceased's wishes, services will be minimal. There will be a short calling hour at Johnson's Funeral Home, Dexter, New York from 10 AM to 11 AM on Saturday September 10th. Memorial Service will immediately follow.
