Kathleen A. Hasseler, age 53 of Prospect St., Watertown; passed away at her home Saturday afternoon.
Kathleen was born July 20, 1956 in Watertown, the daughter of George and Mary Alder Hasseler. She graduated General Brown High School in 1974.
A marriage to Merritt Reynolds Jr. ended in divorce.
Kathleen was a secretary at the Department of Social Service of Jefferson County until her health failed. She lived in Tylerville until moving to Watertown 11 years ago.
She is survived by three children: Merritt Reynolds 3rd and his wife Christian , Tononica and her husband Aaron Jennings , and Sirina Reynolds all of Watertown. She has 1 grandson, sisters: Anita Johnson of Watertown, Teresa Hasseler of Watertown, Arlene Parsons of Adams, and Judith Hubbard of N. Carolina. She also has several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Conrad Hasseler in June of 1974.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or American Cancer Society.
