Lucy A. Morse, 71 of 203 Mechanic St., Apt B, Watertown, NY, died Saturday in the , Watertown, NY.
Lucy was born May 6, 1937 in Watertown. She was the daughter of Laurence “Barney” and Lula Loomis Morse. She graduated from Sackets Harbor High School.
She lived in Sackets Harbor and moved to Watertown 1979. She was the Deli Manager for Fays Foods which later became P. & C. Foods at the Stateway Plaza until retiring in 1992 after being hurt at work.
She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed garage sales.
She is survived by a son Tony Morse of Watertown, a close friend Paul Avallone of Watertown and 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Etta Jean Thompson of Carthage, Sally Anderson of Rochester, Alice “Jo” Jennings of Watertown, Leila Lytle of Watertown and Christine Cratsenburg of Evans Mills.
She was predeceased by a brother Marcus Morse and sisters Marjorie Woodard and Laura Morse. Funeral services will be Friday 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with her brother-in-law Robert Lytle officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery Sackets Harbor.
